Group Coaching Program
This 8 week group coaching program will focus on the Eight Dimensions of Wellness; your WHOLE self! This is a shared experience. You will benefit from the coach as well as from the communication of other participants. New mindsets and innovative ways of thinking will be established as well as accountability.
Wellness Coaching Session
One to one coaching will be provided during this wellness session via video call or phone. We will create a wellness plan for long term success and set realistic, achievable goals.
